Today over on JMTC, Markco challenged bloggers to answer the following questions in a post. Though my blog is fairly new, and I only have just over 100 posts to choose from for my answers, I decided to do it anyway because I like the questions he came up with!
What was your first post ever? Why did you write it? : My first post ever was, “My WoW – How I Play“. I wanted to give anyone reading my posts a good idea of what kind of player I was, so they would know what kinds of things to expect from me. A big part of starting this blog was in hopes that I could help some people who might still be where I was a year ago or even 4 years ago, so a rundown of useful sites and addons seemed like a good place to start!
What was your favorite post and why? : My favorite post was probably the one I did for JMTC’s September Blogging Carnival on How To Turn 1000g into 2000g. This was my first post that people really commented on (other than my parody song post, but that doesn’t really count as a post, lol), and it made me realize just how much I liked blogging when people actually read what I wrote, hehe.
What was your least favorite post and why? : My lest favorite post was probably MM’s Guide To Hallow’s End. I was thinking it would be useful for years to come, and it turned out really well, but it took me about 8 hours to write, and after I finished it I realized that it would all be different for next year, and I’d need to write it all over again, lol. I wish I’d maybe spent just a little less time on it since it is now useless!
A reader comment I liked : “I don’t know you, but I just stumbled upon your site while searching for a quest on google… silly enough.. but you’re awesome. xD I shall probably favorite this site and be back often to comment. I hope you win.” From Rathay on my “Sorry!” post. This is my favorite comment because he did come back often and was the first person I knew of who did so! All his comments are always kind and engaging, and though there are a few others who leave me nice comments now as well, Rathay was the first! So, thank you Rathay!!
Which post of mine is your favorite? Is there something I posted about that you found really helpful or insightful? Were there any of my posts that you absolutely hated? (lol, I hope not) But leave a comment and let me know!
